The WOW COMPENSATION PLAN is a Three-Tier business model, common in most Direct Sales organizations that offer a multi-line of consumer goods. It rewards and recognizes efforts on SALES and SPONSORING from a personal contribution or a group production.
Our distinct advantage among other similar Compensation Plans is our capability to price our products low that allows everybody participating in the business an equal opportunity without restrictions and limitations.
Membership is lifetime hence privileges are lifetime as well. We allow dynamic compensation and push-up. There is no annual renewal of membership and no monthly maintenance.
THE WOW COMPENSATION PLAN
The WOW Opportunity rewards SALES & SPONSORING activity by the DISTRIBUTOR and his/her group or members.
BUSINESS BUILDING INCENTIVE
This incentive rewards the sales initiative of the Distributor as well as the sales productivity of his/her group.
1. 22% LIFETIME OUTRIGHT DISCOUNT
This is the first benefit a member enjoys. The 22% discount is computed straight from published Suggested Retail Price (SRP) and the Distributor simply pays the net amount.
2. 2%-15% OVERRIDING COMMISSION
This rebate program is based on combined personal and group sales volume. It is a ladderized Status promotion program too that rewards sales achievers of additional overriding commission from the sales productivity of the group.
The new status and its corresponding privilege are earned on the immediately following month.
BUSINESS SHARING INCENTIVE
This incentive rewards the sponsoring initiative of the Distributor. The incentive is paid from the sales of the products included in the Wellness Kit.
1. DIRECT REFERRAL
P150 pesos is earned for every personal or directly sponsored member of a distributor called the 1st level.
2. GROUP REFERRAL
P100 pesos is earned for every sponsored member on the 2nd level and P50 pesos is earned on the 3rd level.
